Registrations open on September 15, 2025. Sign up via the button on the homepage and then complete your registration by filling in all the required fields. At the end of the registration process, you will receive an email to confirm your account. Once your account has been confirmed, you can return to the platform and log in (by clicking on the dedicated button) to access your personal area.

By accessing your personal area, you will be able to:

● browse company profiles and discover the opportunities offered by the companies present at the stands;

●sign up for the Waiting for Career Day themed webinars;

● upload your digital CV (either a single version or customized for each company of interest) to share with company representatives at the stands during Career Day;

● personalize and manage your “Interview Schedule.”

Once you are registered on the platform, you will be able to access the company profiles, where you can also view any available internship/job opportunities.

Please note: the internship/job positions listed represent opportunities that the company is offering in the very short term.

Companies are not only looking for those specific profiles but are also interested in receiving applications from candidates in the disciplinary areas indicated in their company profiles.

Even if you do not find offers directly related to your field of study, make sure to visit the company’s stand during the Career Day to learn more about the organization.

To participate in the ‘Waiting for Career Day’ webinars, you must first register on the platform and then book the event you are interested in within your reserved area, in the ‘Webinar’ section.

On the day of the webinar, you must log in to your reserved area on the platform, go to the appropriate section and follow the live event, which will take place via ‘Webex meetings’.

Click here https://www.webex.com/downloads.html to start downloading the application.

Alternatively, you can access Webex via your browser (we recommend using Google Chrome).

Your video and microphone will be disabled, but you can ask questions to the speakers through the Q&A section.

Starting on 3 November, by logging into your reserved area on the platform, you can book a Pronto CV session with companies that offer this service and with experts in the field.

Each session will last 20 minutes and will take place online, in a virtual Cisco Webex room connected to the Career Day platform. In your reserved area, you will find a button to connect to the virtual room: you can access the Webex room via your browser, preferably Google Chrome, or by downloading the application from here: https://www.webex.com/it/downloads.html.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have already taken advantage of the online CV Ready session with a company, you will NOT be able to book an interview with the same company during the two days of Career Day.

On November 28 and 29, you will be able to visit the company stands of your choice, share your digital CV with company representatives, and take part in interviews.

By registering on the platform, you will be able to upload your CV in the My Digital CV section, which will generate a personal code to be shared with the companies of interest during the two days, allowing them to view the CV.

You can upload a single general CV or create customized versions for specific companies.

These will be automatically visible to the companies once you share your personal code. Upload your CV > Take note of your code > Share it with the companies you are interested in.

It is not mandatory to book an interview; you can freely visit the stands during the two days of the event.

Please note, however, that you can book a maximum of 8 interviews.
