The UNIBG Career Day will take place in person on November 28th and 29th, 2025 at the Bergamo Fair (Via Lunga, Bergamo), from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

SEPTEMBER 15th: PLATFORM REGISTRATION OPENING

Registration will allow you to register for WAITING FOR CAREER DAY, get to know participating companies and internship and job opportunities offered to arrive prepared at the stands and book interviews.

Students, after registering on the platform, can upload their CV in the My Digital CV section, thus generating a personal code to communicate to companies during the in-person days on November 28th and 29th: communicating the code will allow companies to instantly view the CV to support the one-to-one meeting.

It will be possible to upload a single general CV or create ad hoc versions for specific companies.

Upload your CV > Take note of your code > communicate it to companies of interest during the two Career Day days.

SEPTEMBER 29th - NOVEMBER 14th: WAITING FOR

During this period, preparatory events for the Career Day will take place, useful for enhancing your skills and arriving ready for the meeting with companies and job interviews.

FROM NOVEMBER 3rd: PRONTO CV BOOKING

Starting from November 3rd, by accessing the platform, students and graduates can book a Pronto CV session with professionals and industry experts. Pronto CV sessions will take place virtually from Tuesday 11th to Friday 14th November.

FROM NOVEMBER 15th: JOB INTERVIEW BOOKING

Starting from November 15th, by accessing the platform, students and graduates can book an interview with companies. All interviews will take place in person during the two Career Day days. Each student/graduate can book up to 8 one-to-one interviews.

NOVEMBER 28th-29th: IN-PERSON DAYS AT THE BERGAMO FAIR

On November 28th and 29th, students and graduates can meet company representatives at the Bergamo Fair (Via Lunga, Bergamo). Companies will be present continuously from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

To visit the stands, it is sufficient to register on the platform, upload your digital CV and show up communicating your personal code through which companies will view the digital CV uploaded to the platform.
